Entry requirements

  • One (1) valid CeP certification from DOE Malaysia OR a recognized environmental professional certification from a relevant authority OR Minimum Diploma / MQF Level 4 (RQF or equivalent).
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the environmental field.
  • English proficiency : IELTS 5.5 (with Reading & Writing minimum 5.5) or equivalent.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility – Participants must meet the entry requirements, including holding at least one (1) valid DOE CeP certification and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  2. Fees & Payment – All fees are payable in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The introductory priceis valid for registrations submitted on or before 30 September 2025. Installment options areavailable upon approval. All payments are non-refundable once the course has commenced.
  3. Registration Confirmation – A registration is considered complete only upon full payment (or first installment) and receipt of all required documents.
  4. Assessment Policy – Participants are expected to submit all assessments (SAR, portfolio, reports) within the prescribed timeline. Extensions may be granted upon request, subject to approval.
  5. Certification Issuance – Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of all modules and assessments, verified by Mega Jati Academy and endorsed by OTHM Qualifications UK. Processing may take up to 60 working days.
  6. Program Delivery – Mega Jati Academy reserves the right to adjust the schedule, mode of delivery, and content if necessary to ensure the quality and relevance of the program.
  7. Withdrawal & Deferral – Withdrawal requests must be made in writing. Deferral is allowed once within the intake year, subject to administrative approval and seat availability.
  8. Code of Conduct – All participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the course duration. Academic dishonesty or misconduct may result in disqualification from the program.
