3. Proof of payment.

Student Member

Attach the following documents:

1. Certified copy of Student Card.
2. Certified copy of Identity Card or Passport.
3. Proof of payment.
4. Statement Letter by Dean / Head of Department. Download Statement Letter Form

Payment:

The fee must be paid in full before registration.

Refund:

Refund is subjected to membership approval within 3 months.
